SNCA would like to help you plan for and recover after disasters, with funding from external sources as needed and available.

In North Carolina, depending on the location of your archives institution, possible events to plan for (outside of normal building issues) may include fires, floods, hurricanes, mudslides, and tornadoes. We've provided links to other North Carolina cultural heritage and allied organizations, such as the North Carolina Preservation Consortium and the State Archives of North Carolina; after a large-scale disaster, these organizations may have special programs or resources tailored to the event.
