Call for Conference Proposals

The Programming Committee is excited to call for proposals for SNCA's 41st Annual Meeting in Greenville on May 21-22, 2025. You can submit proposals HERE.

This year's theme is Outreach and Engagement in a Digital World.

We encourage proposals for full sessions as well as from individuals looking to join sessions or to present posters. We also welcome student submissions. This year's session formats are:

• Panel discussions (2-5 speakers with formal presentations)
• Lighting talks (3-10 speakers with more informal and shorter presentations)
• Discussion forum (informal moderated discussion in the style of an un-conference, capped at 20 participants)

Proposals are due by February 28 at 5:00 PM. Please submit any questions to SNCA Vice President Patrick Cash at cashpa18@ecu.edu.
