In-person registration costs include admission to the conference, breakfast and coffee on May 21-22, lunch on May 21, and admission to the reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres and two drink tickets on the evening of May 21. Registration also includes the option to sign up for the conference workshops and optional repository tours on May 22.
Attendees may also join the meeting virtually. This year, we will be able to livestream all* of the scheduled sessions of the SNCA Annual Meeting using WebEx. Registered attendees will be emailed a link for each session before the meeting date. Virtual attendees will be able to participate in any discussions and ask questions via a moderated live chat, but virtual attendees will not have access to any in-person events. If you plan to attend an in-person event, you must buy an in-person ticket type.
*At the discretion of certain presenters, there may be sessions that are not livestreamed or recorded. These will be specified on the schedule.
