In-person attendance - through Friday, April 5 - In-person registration is closed
Virtual attendance - through Friday, April 12
Cost of Attendance:
Standard rate: $65
Student rate: $20*
Virtual only: FREE
* Students who are selected to present (in a session or with a poster) will have their registration fee waived and should select "Student rate - Exempt" as their ticket option. You should have received the registration code to access the ticket.
Registration cost includes in-person admission to the conference, breakfast and coffee on April 18 and 19, lunch on April 18, and admission to the reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres and two drink tickets on the evening of April 18.
Attendees may also select to attend the meeting virtually at no charge. Virtual attendees will be able to view the two plenary sessions, the SNCA business meeting, and the sessions scheduled to take place in the Auditorium.
Cancellation Policy:
Through April 1: Full refund.
After April 1: No refund. Registration converts to virtual attendance.
Other Events:
Registration includes the option to sign up for the archives-inspired Trivia at the Times on April 17 and optional repository tours on April 19. All are free. Please note, the zine-making workshop after the NC State tour requires a separate registration, linked on the Special Events page under Friday.
You can register for the three Pre-conference workshops during registration, which have additional fees - $10 for SNCA members and $25 for non-members. For detailed workshop information, visit the Conference Schedule page and scroll down to Wednesday. Please note, Workshop A and C have been cancelled.
